Phillip Hutchins

Project Manager
I’ve been in the construction industry for 35 years and have seen everything you can imagine. And yet, still surprised by new things. I like to treat my customers like family and make meeting their expectations my top priority. I may have done this 1000 times, but it may be their first remodel. In my years I have learned that attention to detail and a steady, guiding hand goes well with being good at what you do.

When I’m not working I enjoy fishing and all things motor sports.

Bradley LeBeau

Even with over 30 years of experience I still look forward to the new workday challenges. I worked with my father as a trim carpenter for 20 years before moving to North Carolina. I’ve worked on different kinds of renovation work from custom high rise condos on the beaches of Florida to ski areas of Colorado.

I like outdoor activities, listening to music and spending time with family. If you can’t have fun doing something you are probably missing out.

Brent Rominger

I have spent 18 years in construction from framing, vinyl siding, tile work, trim and landscaping. I am thankful for beginning my career working with my father in a family-run auto parts store. That hands-on experience and learning the importance of attention to detail made me the precision worker I am today.

I enjoy spending time with my 3 sons, my dogs, and relaxing on the beach and fishing.
